REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

 

Budget Balancers Marketing Co. provides professional digital marketing services, including Google Ads optimization, Meta Ads strategy, content creation, branding, analytics, and other customized marketing solutions. All work is performed on a project-basis, hourly basis, or monthly service agreement.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled to maintain clarity and protect both parties.

2. Non-Refundable Services

 

All services provided by Budget Balancers Marketing Co. are non-refundable.
Because marketing services require time, expertise, and strategic preparation, all payments made are final and non-returnable once work has begun.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Campaign setup or optimization

  • Content creation

  • Strategy development

  • Branding and design work

  • Analytics and reporting

  • Monthly service packages

  • One-time services and audits

  • Any custom marketing services

3. When Work Begins

 

Work begins after both of the following are completed:

  1. Payment has been received, and

  2. All required materials, access, and information have been provided by the client.

Once work begins, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.

4. Cancellations Before Work Begins

 

Clients may cancel a project only before work begins (payment + materials received).
A cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If a client cancels before work begins, no additional fees will be charged, but all payments already made remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

5. Cancellations After Work Has Begun

 

Once work has begun:

  • No cancellations

  • No refunds

  • No partial refunds

This applies to all services, packages, retainers, audits, and add-on services.

6. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Timely access to required platforms (Meta, Google Ads, websites, analytics, etc.)

  • Brand assets and materials needed to perform the work

  • Accurate information necessary to complete the project

  • Prompt communication and approvals

Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Ad Spend Payments

 

Clients pay all advertising costs (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms) directly to the advertising platform.
Budget Balancers Marketing Co. does not process or refund ad spend under any circumstances.

8. No Guarantee of Results

 

While Budget Balancers Marketing Co. strives to achieve strong performance and improved ROI, no specific results are guaranteed due to factors outside the agency’s control (market conditions, competition, client industry, algorithm changes, etc.).

This clause protects you from unrealistic expectations or claims.

9. Agreement

 

By purchasing services from Budget Balancers Marketing Co., the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
